Retreat Collaboration

Bring Inner Mastery to Your Retreat

You already have the vision for your retreat.

You know the people you're serving, the experience you're creating, and what you want participants to walk away with.

Sometimes what you need is the right facilitator to come in and create a session that supports the intention of the retreat without feeling disconnected from everything else you've designed.

Retreat Collaboration brings Inner Mastery practices into your retreat in a way that feels thoughtful, integrated, and aligned with the experience you're already creating.

Is This Right for Your Retreat?

Retreat Collaboration may be a good fit if:

  • You're planning a retreat and want to bring in an experienced guest facilitator.

  • You want to offer meditation, sound, movement, HeartMath®, energy work, reflection, or another experiential practice.

  • You want the session to support the theme and intention of your retreat.

  • You're looking for something participatory rather than another presentation.

  • You want an experience that can be adapted to your group rather than pulled from a standard script.

  • You want your participants to leave with something they can continue using after the retreat ends.

Your Retreat Comes First

We'll begin with your retreat.

What is the intention?

What are participants moving through?

What has already happened before my session?

What happens afterward?

What do you want the experience to support?

From there, we'll shape something that complements the larger retreat experience.

What Could We Create?

Depending on your retreat and the people attending, a collaboration may include:

Meditation: A guided or silent meditation experience designed to support grounding, reflection, presence, rest, or deeper connection.

Sound: An immersive experience using crystal singing bowls and other sound practices to support rest, reflection, transition, or integration.

Movement: Free, intentional movement that helps participants reconnect with their bodies, shift energy, and move toward what they're calling in. No choreography. No dance experience required.

HeartMath®: Practical heart-focused techniques that help participants explore self-regulation, awareness, and the connection between emotional state and physiology.

Inner Mastery Session: A customized experience built around a theme such as self-trust, boundaries, stress, internal dialogue, transition, or another area within the scope of my work.

Energy-Based Practices

Depending on the retreat and the intention of the session, we may also incorporate energy-focused practices designed to support awareness, reflection, or release.

It Can Be One Practice or a Combination

You don't have to decide whether your retreat needs meditation, sound, movement, HeartMath®, or something else before we talk.

Sometimes one practice is enough. Other times the most supportive experience combines several.

For example, a session might begin with reflection, move into intentional movement, settle into sound, and close with meditation or journaling. The structure should serve the retreat.

What Can a Retreat Collaboration Look Like?

Retreat sessions can be adapted to fit the rhythm and needs of your event.

30 to 45-Minute Experience

A focused meditation, sound, movement, HeartMath®, or reflective experience that fits easily within a larger retreat schedule.

60 to 90-Minute Session

More space for teaching, practice, reflection, discussion, and integration around a specific theme.

Extended Experience

A deeper session that may combine multiple practices and allow participants more time to explore, experience, and integrate.

Multiple Sessions

If you're hosting a multi-day retreat, we can also create more than one experience across the retreat.

Sessions can build on one another or serve different purposes throughout the retreat, such as arrival, reflection, integration, or closing.

Collaboration Matters

The best retreat experiences don't feel like a collection of unrelated sessions. They feel connected.

Before the retreat, we'll talk about the overall flow, your theme, your participants, and where my session fits within the larger experience.

That allows me to understand what participants may be walking into when I meet them and what they're moving toward afterward. The goal is for the experience to feel like part of your retreat, not something that was simply added to the schedule.

Investment

Retreat collaborations are individually priced based on session length, number of sessions, location, travel, group size, customization, and the type of experience being created.

After a complimentary informational call, I'll provide a proposal based on what we discuss.

Let's Create Something That Belongs There

Your retreat already has its own energy, purpose, and rhythm.

My role is not to take over the experience but to listen to what you're creating, understand what your participants need, and bring in something that supports it.

Tell me about your retreat. We'll start there.
