Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
At Antara Mastery, we are committed to creating meaningful experiences and appreciate the trust you place in our work. Because many of our offerings require advance planning, scheduling, and preparation, the following refund and cancellation policy applies unless otherwise stated for a specific program or event.
1. Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. Multi-session coaching packages are non-refundable once coaching has begun. If you choose to discontinue coaching, any unused sessions may be considered for transfer or future use at Antara Mastery's discretion.
2. Workshops & Classes
Workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant or, when available, applied to a future workshop at Antara Mastery's discretion.
3. Retreats
Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Because retreat planning includes accommodations, meals, venue reservations, and other expenses, refunds are based on the timing of your cancellation.

90 or more days before the retreat: Payments received, excluding the deposit, are refundable.

60–89 days before the retreat: 50% of payments received (excluding the deposit) are refundable.

Less than 60 days before the retreat: Payments are non-refundable.
If your space can be filled from a waitlist, we may be able to offer additional flexibility at our discretion.
Participants are responsible for obtaining travel insurance if they wish to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel interruptions.
4. Digital Products & Courses
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, all sales of digital products, downloadable resources, meditations, recordings, and online courses are final unless otherwise specified.
5. Event Cancellation
If Antara Mastery cancels an event, workshop, or retreat, participants will receive the option of:

A full refund, or
-
A credit toward a future offering.
Antara Mastery is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses or other costs incurred by participants.
6. Exceptions
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Requests outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
